Children: in the palazzo rooms, guests aged 18 and up only; in the
Widespread Collection (Caminetto, Pietra, La Piccola, Trullo Maestro) children
are welcome and a cot is available on request, with a supplement. The guest
who checks in must be 18 or over. Check-in is at the palazzo for all nine
rooms, 15:00-23:00 (other times on request; the room before 15:00 or after
11:00 costs €10) · check-out by 11:00. Reception hours 08:00-22:30, not 24
hours: a guest arriving after 22:30 lets the house know and receives the
instructions to get in.
Breakfast is served by NOS, the restaurant on the ground floor of the palazzo,
8:00-10:30, with a place at the table for every guest — the
Widespread Collection included; breakfast is always included when booking on
the official website (both rates); on other booking sites, the rate there says
whether it is. Breakfast at NOS is open
to all guests, including children sleeping in the Widespread Collection.
Arriving by car: there is no stopping on our own street — Piazza Curri, round
the corner, is where you pull up and unload the luggage. There is no private
parking: the car goes to the Marinelli garage (our partner, at an agreed rate
of €25 a night, booked through us), to Largo Italo Svevo, a free street about
400 metres away, or to public street parking at €2 an hour, no booking needed. The house always
states the distance before booking, because it is a plus: in the old town, on
quiet lived-in lanes, away from the daytime crowds of the monumental zone.
