GENERAL
Do you accept animals?
All our rooms are housed in an historical building, built entirely in stone and built in the same way as the trulli. We have at our disposal just an unique authentic trullo dating back to the 1500s totally renovated which houses our Junior Suite Traditional – TRULLO. It is furnished and renovated following the Your little friends are welcome exclusively in our diffused accommodations ‘The Guest House – Palazzo Scotto’ located 150 meters from the main building.
Are the rooms inside a trullo?
All our rooms are housed in an historical building, built entirely in stone and built in the same way as the trulli. We have at our disposal just an unique authentic trullo dating back to the 1500s totally renovated which houses our Junior Suite Traditional – TRULLO. It is furnished and renovated following the tradition that distinguishes these ‘inhabited monuments’. Another very valid alternative is our Traditional Suite – CUMMERSE, built exactly like the trulli, but being located on an elevated floor, they take on this name. Ah, I forgot … unlike trulli, from them you can enjoy a breathtaking view!
What does ' child free' / ' adult s only ' mean ?
We know … It may not be nice, but we reserve the entrance only for the over 18s.
In our mansion we only have double rooms, architectural barriers and other constraints that may not be suitable for children.
We firmly believe that even children need a ‘complete’ holiday, with their friends, at the miniclub and with facilities that we cannot offer, due to space constraints.
We also try to offer our guests maximum tranquility and far be it from us to require children to behave like adults.
Are family or quadruple rooms available ?
In full respect of the building that hosts us, we are bound by the size of the ancient walls that allow us only double rooms. We have only one quadruple room, our Deluxe Guest House Suite – STONE, located in our separate building, located 150 meters from the main building.
Is Alberobello on the sea?
We are 450 meters above sea level, immersed in the hill of the ‘Valle d’Itria’ … And the sea can be reached on the ‘Costa dei Trulli’ at the beaches of Capitolo (Monopoli), Savelletri (Fasano) and Torre Canne (Fasano). They are only 20 minutes away by car!
Is there a shuttle to and from the sea?
We always try to fulfill the requests of our guests, so we can arrange an extra rental service with driver to allow you to reach the sea in maximum comfort.
Do you have Day Use Rates ?
Unfotunately we only dispose of ONE-OF-A-KIND rooms and is our policy to do not grant day use of our suites. A valid alternative can be booking overnight only.
What time should I leave the room?
The check out time is set by 11 am to allow you the maximum comfort on the day of departure.
It is possible to do 'late check out' (leave the room after 11)
To allow us to offer the best to our customers, we try to follow all the correct cleaning procedures which take a long time. Not only. We try to guarantee the rooms ready at 15.00 for the next guests arriving. If there is this need, we try to evaluate it case by case in order to allow us the best organization and service.
On booking.com I found an offer that describes a deluxe suite / an annexe suite , which rooms do they correspond to?

We invite you to pay close attention to this offer which is called BOOKING BASIC.
Booking.com does not allow us to provide you with the accurate information that you can find here and, based only on the price, publishes on our public page accommodations (of its partner suppliers) that are located in our widespread receptivity and that, due to the new rules, cannot have access the services located in the main building.
The rooms that refer to the following definitions are:

  • CAMINETTO – Guest House Suite Queen PIETRA – Deluxe Guest House Suite
  • PIETRA – Deluxe Guest House Suite

We are fair to our guests and try to provide the highest degree of information, which is why on our official website you will always find the best rates and the most accurate information.

PARKING AREA
Do you have parking available in your facility?

Dear Guest, Palazzo Scotto is an ancient building of the early 19th century in the heart of Alberobello, therefore it does not have a private parking inside the structure.

  • – Public pay parking on the street is available at a rate of € 2.00 / h (payable in coins or by credit card at the parking meter located a few meters from Palazzo Scotto) from 9:00 to 20:00. It is possible to use this car park in the street where Palazzo Scotto and the reception are located (Corso Trieste e Trento, Via C. Battisti and Piazza Curri).
    Possibility of a flat-rate ticket for € 15 up to a maximum of 15 days.
  • Free public parking (a designated parking area) is available in vico Ten. O Gigante or via Montegrappa and is 200 meters from our property.
CATERING
Do you have a restaurant inside the building?
At the moment we do not have restaurant services … But we are working for you!
It will be called NOS, and it will be a restaurant of international recipes made with the best of the products of our territory, with musical entertainment.
Is it possible to receive half board or full board packages?
At the moment we do not have restaurant services … But we are working for you!

BREAKFAST
What does breakfast 'à l' etage ' mean ?
Firm in the old hotel tradition (always looking for innovation) “à l’ etage” shows breakfast served on the floor. At Palazzo Scotto, each room has an indoor or outdoor appurtenance on the floor that can be used for breakfast–so we leave the choice up to you 
Is there also 'savory' in the breakfast?
Of course. The breakfast ‘order’ is sent through our WEB APP (no need to download anything), and includes traditional typical choices and continental choices. Haven’t found your favorite one for breakfast? You can point it out to us, and we will try to serve it to you with the best selection and care.
