B&B for cyclists in Alberobello: the Itria Valley and the Acquedotto cycleway
This valley is made for riding.
Short climbs, dry-stone walls, villages within riding distance: Locorotondo at 9 km, Martina Franca at 13, Cisternino at 18. And in the evening, a place to come back to.
Cycling groups have been sleeping here for years: cycling tour operators have made us a stop since 2022, in the palazzo rooms as well as in those of the Widespread Collection, a short walk away. We know what time riders set off — and how hungry they are when they get back.
What you'll actually find: a pump station, tools for small repairs, an e-bike charging point. Bike rental is available, for a fee, through an outside partner. And an à la carte breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30 with proper savoury options — eggs included. If your group leaves earlier, message us before booking: let's talk it through.
There is bike parking, and it is free of charge. If you travel with a valuable bike, tell us on WhatsApp before you book.

The first completed stretch of the Acquedotto Pugliese cycleway is right here in the Itria Valley: some fifteen kilometres of dedicated path between Figazzano and Ceglie Messapica, with the route crossing Alberobello's territory for about 8 kilometres.
The path follows the historic aqueduct line, among vineyards, woods and dry-stone walls; works underway are extending it towards 190 kilometres.
You leave after breakfast and ride back for the evening: on the ground floor of the palazzo there's NOS restaurant, with live music every night. Hunger does the rest.
