A slow breakfast, in the quiet of the morning
Breakfast happens at NOS, the restaurant of the house on the ground floor of the palazzo, from 8:00 to 10:30, unhurried: a conversation that never checks the clock. There is a seat at the table for everyone — including those who sleep in the Widespread Collection, the four rooms a short walk from the palazzo.
No buffet: you choose breakfast from the menu and we prepare it to order. On the table: fresh fruit and local produce, juices, croissants, eggs the way you like them, bread and cold cuts, French toast, cherry tomatoes with burrata. Lactose-free options are available. In the morning, NOS does the honours: the same room where, every evening, there is a real kitchen at work and live music.
Breakfast is served at your table, from 8:00 to 10:30. You order it from the menu by 21:00 the evening before.
Breakfast at NOS is open to all guests, including children sleeping in the Widespread Collection.
Our breakfast garden has two tables, not one more: they belong to Suite Trullo and Foresteria.
Italiana or Continentale
There are two formats — and that is all the deciding a morning should ask of you.
- Italiana — a hot drink, juice, croissant with jam and butter, fresh fruit.
- Continentale — everything in the Italiana, plus eggs any way you like them, a board of cured meats and cheeses, fresh bread and American coffee, refilled as often as you wish.
Staying in the palazzo itself? Breakfast can come up to your room: just tell reception by 21:00 the evening before. The service is free of charge.
