Five rooms in the palazzo, four in the Widespread Collection, 40–150 metres away. Below you'll find what applies to everyone, what only to palazzo guests — and what to those arriving by bike.

The palazzo reception: you ask, it gets sorted

Reception is at the palazzo, Corso Trieste e Trento 32: it is shared and at everyone’s disposal, before and during your stay, on WhatsApp too. On the ground floor is NOS, the restaurant of the house: breakfast in the morning; real cooking and live music, every evening.

What we don't have, we won't promise you: no spa, no pool, no on-site parking. What we do have works like this.

For all guests

  • À la carte breakfast — served by NOS, the restaurant of the house, every morning from 8:00 to 10:30. There’s a place at the table for everyone, including guests sleeping in the Widespread Collection.
  • NOS restaurant — on the ground floor of the palazzo, with live music every evening. Coming home is the best part of the day.
  • Free Wi-Fi — in every room, in the palazzo and in the Widespread Collection.
  • Reception and WhatsApp — reception is shared and at your disposal before and during your stay: one message and we'll take care of it, laundry and dry cleaning too, for a fee. Reception also speaks French, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Parking — there is no stopping on our street: you pull up in Piazza Curri, round the corner, and unload the luggage. Then the Marinelli garage, our partner, at an agreed rate of €25 a night, booked through us; Largo Italo Svevo, free, about 400 metres away; or public street parking, €2 an hour, no booking needed.
  • Luggage storage — free of charge, on arrival and departure day.
  • Private transfers — a private driver service (NCC) on request, priced by destination: just ask at reception.
  • Experiences and tours — reception books local experiences and tours of the valley for you.

For palazzo guests

  • Welcome drink — on the ground floor, always included. It's the welcome for the five rooms of the palazzo, until 18:00.
  • Room service — during NOS restaurant opening hours.
  • Breakfast in your room — on request and at no extra charge: order by 21:00 the evening before, at reception or on WhatsApp.
  • Lift — to reach some of the upper-floor rooms.

For those arriving by bike

  • Pump station — to get your tyres back up to pressure before you leave.
  • Basic tools — for small repairs.
  • E-bike charging — a charging point for your batteries.
