Four doors 40–150 metres from the palazzo, in the old town. We say it first, because it's the best part: away from the crowds, in the quietest corner of town.

The morning
Served by NOS, the restaurant of the house, 8:00 to 10:30, without hurry: a conversation that doesn’t watch the clock. There is a seat at the table for everyone — including those who sleep in the Widespread Collection.
Come evening, you come home to the table
The evening
On the ground floor of the palazzo is NOS, the restaurant of the house: real cooking and live music, every evening. No restaurant to hunt for in the dark — you come down, a glass in hand, and the day ends at home. And after dinner, a short stroll among the trulli, which by night belong to those who sleep here.

Come evening, the coaches leave, the lanes empty out and the lights come on across the stone cones. It’s the town at its best — day-trippers never see it; sleep here, and it’s on your doorstep.
Dinner, right downstairs
You come down to NOS, on the ground floor of the palazzo, and drift back up to your room whenever you please. The car stays parked all evening.
The morning, before the crowds
The trulli at first light, the streets still quiet: sleep in town and you have them almost to yourself — then back in time for breakfast.
The valley, in a day
Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino: from here, the hilltowns of the Itria Valley are all easy day trips — set off unhurried, be back for dinner.
