For those who sell the house:
Nine units in all: five rooms in the nineteenth-century palazzo, four in the Widespread Collection, 40–150 metres away. Check-in, for everyone, is at the palazzo.
- The units
- Nine, no two alike: five rooms in the palazzo, four in the old town — the Widespread Collection, 40–150 metres from the door.
- Check-in and check-out
- One check-in for all units, at the front desk of the palazzo. Check-out at 11:00. The room before 15:00 or after 11:00: €10, on request.
- Breakfast
- For every guest, from 8:00 to 10:30, served by NOS — the restaurant of the house, on the ground floor of the palazzo, with a real kitchen and live piano on the evenings it is open.
- Guests
- In the palazzo rooms, guests aged 18 and over only. In the Widespread Collection, children are welcome: a cot on request, with a supplement.
- Parking
- There is no stopping on our street: Piazza Curri is round the corner, and that is where you pull up and unload the luggage. Then the Marinelli garage, our partner, €25 a night, booked through us; Largo Italo Svevo, free, about 400 metres away; or public street parking, €2 an hour, no booking needed. No private parking.

One house, two listings on the OTAs
On the major OTAs the house lives on two separate listings. “Palazzo Scotto” holds the five rooms in the palazzo; “Palazzo Scotto – Widespread Collection” holds the other four units, at Via Mameli 12 and in Vico Avv. Turi — the listing formerly named “The Guest House – Palazzo Scotto”.
Unit names change from channel to channel. Below is the full mapping between the names on this site, Booking and Expedia/Hotels.com — so the reservation lands on the right room the first time.

Mind the false friend: on Booking the Foresteria is named “Junior Suite Deluxe”, but it is not the Nobile Room Deluxe. They are two different rooms, in two different parts of the palazzo.

The rules of the stay, for your clients
They apply to every booking made through a travel agency. Commission, payment and cancellation are set out in your agency’s contract with us.
- Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00, at the palazzo reception, Corso Trieste e Trento 32, for all units. If your client arrives after 22:30, let us know: we will send you the instructions to get in. Check-out by 11:00. The room before 15:00 or after 11:00: €10, on request.
- Who can stay
- Only adults aged 18 and over can stay in the palazzo rooms. In the Widespread Collection, 40–150 metres from the palazzo, children may stay too. The guest who checks in must be 18 or over.
- Cot
- Only in the Widespread Collection, on request: €18 a day.
- Breakfast
- Always included, for every guest. Served at NOS, the restaurant of the house, on the ground floor of the palazzo, from 8:00 to 10:30, at the table; ordered by 21:00 the evening before.
- Welcome drink
- Included for agency clients too, in the palazzo rooms, until 18:00.
- At the property
- Your client pays the city tax and any extras, such as NOS and the minibar, at the property.
- Pets
- Only in Caminetto and Pietra, in the Widespread Collection: up to 6 kg, €15 a day. Not in the palazzo rooms. Please tell us before arrival.
- Guests per unit
- Junior Suite Trullo: up to 3. Pietra: up to 4, the third and fourth on the bunk sofa bed. Trullo Maestro: up to 6. All other units: 2.
- Kitchen
- Cummerse, Pietra and Trullo Maestro: kitchen on request, €15 a day for cleaning.
- Parking
- Not included, and there is no private parking. The Marinelli garage, our partner, has an agreed rate of €25 a night, booked through us.
- Transfers
- On request we arrange a private driver service (NCC), priced by destination.
