Nine units in all: five rooms in the nineteenth-century palazzo, four in the Widespread Collection, 40–150 metres away. Check-in, for everyone, is at the palazzo.

- Nine, no two alike: five rooms in the palazzo, four in the old town — the Widespread Collection, 40–150 metres from the door.
- Check-in and check-out
- One check-in for all units, at the front desk of the palazzo. Check-out at 11:00. The room before 15:00 or after 11:00: €10, on request.
- Breakfast
- For every guest, from 8:00 to 10:30, served by NOS — the restaurant of the house, on the ground floor of the palazzo, with a real kitchen and live music every evening.
- Guests
- In the palazzo rooms, guests aged 18 and over only. In the Widespread Collection, children are welcome: a cot on request, with a supplement.
- Parking
- There is no stopping on our street: Piazza Curri is round the corner, and that is where you pull up and unload the luggage. Then the Marinelli garage, our partner, €25 a night, booked through us; Largo Italo Svevo, free, about 400 metres away; or public street parking, €2 an hour, no booking needed. No private parking.

On the major OTAs the house lives on two separate listings. “Palazzo Scotto” holds the five rooms in the palazzo; “Palazzo Scotto – Widespread Collection” holds the other four units, at Via Mameli 12 and in Vico Avv. Turi — the listing formerly named “The Guest House – Palazzo Scotto”.

Mind the false friend: on Booking the Foresteria is named “Junior Suite Deluxe”, but it is not the Nobile Room Deluxe. They are two different rooms, in two different parts of the palazzo.
