Booking conditions
Conditions for direct bookings, in force from 30 September 2026
These conditions apply to bookings made directly with us: on the website, on WhatsApp, by email or by phone. If you booked through a booking portal, the portal's conditions apply.
Two rates
Flexible palazzo rooms only
- The booking is guaranteed with a credit card.
- You can cancel free of charge until 23:59, Italian time, on the third day before arrival.
- After that deadline, or if you do not arrive, the full cost of the stay is due.
With deposit all rooms; the only rate in the Widespread Collection
- When you book, you pay 30% of the cost of the stay as a confirmatory deposit (in Italian, “caparra confirmatoria”).
- If you cancel, the deposit stays with Palazzo Scotto.
- If we are unable to honour the booking, we refund you double the deposit.
- The balance is paid on arrival. If you do not arrive, the full cost of the stay is due.
How to cancel
Write to us on WhatsApp at +39 080 4324431 or at info@palazzoscotto.com. What counts is the time we receive your message: we will reply to confirm the cancellation.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00, at the palazzo reception, Corso Trieste e Trento 32.
- If you arrive after 22:30, let us know: we will send you the instructions to get in.
- Check-out by 11:00.
- Reception is open from 8:00 to 22:30.
Who can stay
- Only adults aged 18 and over can stay in the palazzo.
- In the Widespread Collection, 40–150 metres from the palazzo, children may stay too. A cot is available on request, for a fee.
- The guest who checks in must be 18 or over.
- Pets are allowed only in two rooms of the Widespread Collection: Caminetto and Pietra. Let us know before you arrive.
